Current stable nvidia-settings-180.60 fails to compile but 190.42 works. Please stabilize 190.42 to fix this ASAP.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Use current stable x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-190.42-r3
Use current stable sys-devel/gcc-4.4.3-r2
nvidia-settings-180.60 fails to compile
nvidia-settings-190.42 compiles fine



Stable being broken is bad.

Hello,

I confirm, that the stable package is broken and fails to compile while the masked package seems to behave correctly.

Also see http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=289744, many people confirms same behaviour.

As nvidia-drivers-195.36.24 is going stable soon with bug #325513, i also archtested the corresponding nvidia-settings-195.36.24... ;-)
