kbarcode-1.5.4.ebuild - bump & included a plugin

The kfile_kbarcode plugin is not worth an extra ebuild imho.

Committed, though I modified the ebuild.  The extra functions aren't necessary
as portage can handle the multiple SRC_URI package building on its own.
