After installing the new gcc-4.4.3 for my amd64 system I decided to rebuild world. Everything went fine except myodbc. Compile log and emerge --info follow as attachments.

They are not + supported in unixODBC 2.2.13 and later 64-bit builds. Removed + SQLROWCOUNT, SQLROWSETSIZE, SQLTRANSID, SQLROWOFFSET. So this can be solved by stabilizing myodbc-5.1.6.
myodbc-5.1.6 compiles without any errors. When "emerge -e" finishes I will post any further errors.
