Description:   Opened: 2003-10-27 23:59 0000
When I try to launch Acrobat Reader in utf-8 locale it crashes.

The workaround in the acroread script does not work, but I tried with the script mentioned
in http://www.suse.de/~mfabian/suse-cjk/Acroread-8.2-i386.html and it works!!

In the attachment I am providing a patch.

Sincerely,
Gour

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch acroread in utf-8 locale
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Program crashes.

Expected Results:
It should start normally.

It seems doing nearly the same thing but SuSE's will clear more
environment variables, so I took the patch and applied. Thanks
for the bug report.
