Bug 321627 – net-wireless/wpa_supplicant-0.7.2 has broken qt gui

With this version of package wpa_gui cant edit entries for networks. If we will try to do this we will see empty form in popup, where we should see data from network that we are editing (No password, no essid etc). This makes wpa_gui major broken.

What was the last working version ?
Are you sure it's not i.e. a dbus permission problem ?

Last working was 0.7.1 and after downgrade its works. Hmm dont know if dbus permision problem. Any clue how to check that?

Same here. ~amd64 ; no particular configuration changes regarding network or dbus. Didn't try to downgrade yet.

There's a commit upstream, that may be related.

It does, thanks for that. Maintainer might consider importing this into the tree. I can prepare the the patches (ebuild and source).
