I can't get clementine to fail this way with any USE flag combination. Somehow flag -I/usr/include/glib-2.0 gets lost in the process for you guys. Please try upgrading your dev-util/cmake to latest version, cmake-2.8.1-r2, or above.

I couldn't care less what clementine developers support, Gentoo's gstreamer is in so bad shape the xine-lib and vlc backends are preferred over it. So please stop spamming the bug with unrelated ascii art...

Created attachment 234717 [details, diff] Include glib-2.0 includedir in CPPFLAGS. Try this modification to the ebuild (it's a workaround).
