When I don't have the maildir or mbox use flags set the following error occurs
when I emerge popa3d 0.6.3:

 * Cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE!  Value for $EPATCH_SOURCE is:
 * 
 *   /usr/portage/distfiles/popa3d-0.5.9-maildir-2.diff

I believe this is caused by this file not being downloaded if mbox is unset,
then an if statement that tries to unpack the file if maildir is unset.

Steps to Reproduce:
just type

USE="-maildir -mbox" emerge popa3d
