Do we need a bump (bug 317425) or a newer version stable (bug 324691)? (is for setting blockers properly ;-))

Just ignore the tests..  turns out these are bugs in the tests, not in the code.. They have been fixes in the git master and will be ok in 0.0.21 hopefully

The right way to say so is RESTRICT="test" in the ebuild. ;-) Could you do so / authorize the arch teams to do so?

amd64 and others, please go for gst-plugins-mimic-0.10.18 instead by now, after you have bug 324691 done, as to be in sync of the whole gst-plugins-bad-0.10.18 release set.
