Fetchmail-6.3.17 produces the following warning message when invoked with the sslfingerprint specified. It should not. Earlier versions did not. fetchmail: Warning: the connection is insecure, continuing anyways. (Better use --sslcertck!) Created attachment 231607 [details, diff] Upstram patch as sent to debian. Here is a copy of the patch upstream sent to debian. I have created an overlay ebuild which applies it. It emerges and runs without problem and corrects the bug.
