Kick me if I am wrong, but is not ebuilds that are interactive supposed to have this keyword? Without it portage-2.2 "hangs" when it merges nwn-data using --jobs even if you set ACCEPT_PROPERTIES="* -interactive".

that's fixed in nwn-data-1.29-r4.ebuild
