Description:   Opened: 2003-10-24 08:48 0000 
Russ has helped out on quite a few amd64 ebuilds, and I have committed
a bit of his work.  He has some projects he'd like to maintain in
portage such as askterisk (linux pbx system) and the zaptel drivers
for it (as well as amd64 related stuff). His e-mail address is russ@zerotech.net
He's also usually on #gentoo-amd64 if anyone would like to 
speak to him.

There is a two week mentoring period during which time his mentor (you) should
review work he does and offer suggestions.

Removed anti from rtg and mbrowse and added netmon as a herd.
