Ebuild for Bink player 1.5y

This is the ebuild for the linux version of BinkPlayer.I suggest
media-video/BinkLinuxPlayer as portage subsection.

Added to portage as media-video/binkplayer.

I just went ahead with my own ebuild since it seemed to be more complete.  Just
renamed the zip and put it up on the gentoo mirrors since the upstream archives
are not versioned at this time.
