version bump for tomcat native library

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:




after upgrading to  www-servers/tomcat-6.0.26, i got the error

  [ERROR] "An incompatible version 1.1.16 of the APR based Apache Tomcat Native library is installed, while Tomcat requires version 1.1.17"

but after upgrading to the lastest  dev-java/tomcat-native-1.1.18 , i still got the "hint"

[INFO] "An older version 1.1.18 of the APR based Apache Tomcat Native library is installed, while Tomcat recommends version greater then 1.1.19"

From that, i've bumped the current ebuild to the current 1.1.20. It compile on AMD64 and the tomcat still starts up at least.

unmodified, just renamed tomcat-native-1.1.18.ebuild

Bumped. Thanks for reporting. I asked for the new version to be immediately marked for stable. After it's stable will block older versions of tomcat-native to be installed with 6.0.26.
