Is it time yet?
Hi arches, sys-block/gparted-0.5.2 has been in tree since 19 Mar 2010. Please do your magic, target keywords are: amd64 ppc sparc x86 Thanks in advance
Now that parted 2.2 has gone stable, this stablereq has become even more urgent. I have tested unstable gparted 5.2 with parted 2.2 and both compile just fine.
Additionally, gparted 0.4.5 will not compile with parted 2.2.
Archtested on x86 (with glibc-2.11.1): No issues found. I agree, this one should go asap.
x86 stable, thanks Thomas

(In reply to comment #5) > x86 stable, thanks Thomas Please revert, x86 (and read your mail)!
what mail ? since parted-2.2 is now stable, it'd be nice to have gparted 0.5 stable as well, stable user are having build issues right now.

OK, now I've gone and done the reversion. The mail to x86@ is what I was referring to. parted-2.2 stabilisation is halted and gparted should wait as well.
parted-2.3 is pending for stable now and gparted-0.5.2 has to go together with it.
Archtested on x86: Good to go.
amd64 stable
Just a comment: apparently gparted-0.5.2 was *NOT* stabilized together with parted-2.3, and it broke my gparted (on amd64). I assume another sync will fix it, but can you guys try to prevent this kind of problems?
We always try to prevent these problems, but errors can appear from time to time
stable x86, thanks Thomas
sparc stable
Marked ppc stable. Closing since we're the last arch.
