media-plugins/vdr-rssreader-1.0.3 fails to build giving the following error messages:

parser.c: In member function 'void cItem::SetDate(const char*)':
parser.c:53: error: 'I18nCharSets' was not declared in this scope
parser.c: In member function 'void cItem::SetTitle(const char*)':
parser.c:63: error: 'I18nCharSets' was not declared in this scope
parser.c: In member function 'void cItem::SetLink(const char*)':
parser.c:74: error: 'I18nCharSets' was not declared in this scope
parser.c: In member function 'void cItem::SetDescription(const char*)':
parser.c:84: error: 'I18nCharSets' was not declared in this scope

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge vdr-rssreader on stable x86 system
2.

Actual Results:  
fails to build

Expected Results:  
builds and installs without problems

I've tested to build version 1.6.0, that one is unaffected, but isn't in tree for over a month yet.

rssreader-1.6.0 stable on x86

also added latest rssreader-1.6.4

Don't mark stable yourself, let the stabilization teams do it as policy requires:

"Only architecture maintainers for a given architecture should mark packages as stable on that architecture."

Please mark unstable and go through the proper process. Also include amd64 as it is also in the keywords and they also might be affected.

Pff, thanks for the Lesson,

but Leader of the Gentoo VDR Project, zzam, had a spezial deal with the x86 arch team to set our packages stable on x86 if it is possible.
I ask befor him; he is very busy at the moment in the real life.
