Description Johan Hattne 2010-04-16 01:41:34 UTC
The fluid/Makefile in x11-libs/fltk-1.1.9 does not respect the $(datadir) variable during "make install".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge "=fltk-1.1.9"

This is not really a problem in the non-prefixed case, but under prefixed portage, it causes the merge to fail because files are installed outside the prefix. Since I assume that the path to $(datadir) is not really intended to be hardcoded to /usr/share I'm filing this as a normal (i.e. non-prefix) bug.

Note that in order to actually be able to install x11-libs/fltk-1.1.9 with prefixed portage, a couple of other (minor) changes seem to be necessary.

I'm having a bit connection problems here (can't cvs up to double check) but I believe this was wrong, the commit should have gone straight to 1.1.10 series
as 1.1.9 series is obsolete now...

Same patch applied to 1.1.10-r1 as well now

Thanks
