A new release is available. A simple version bump works fine for the most part; however, the newly added test fails since the test script doesn't have execute permissions set. Even after marking the script executable the test still fails for me so RESTRICT="test" should probably be set until someone fixes the problem.

Could you please add libcap as dependency? It fails to build without it
