Description Samuli Suominen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-04-08 10:46:42 UTC
i know it's early, very early, but it's blocking bug 311967 where arch's are already cc'd... so if you think it's good to go, add arch's here as well.
Comment 1 Didier Barvaux 2010-04-08 21:14:07 UTC
It seems that ebuild =net-libs/libpcap-1.1.0-r1 is not in the thee anymore. See changelog of net-libs/libpcap :

*libpcap-1.1.1 (08 Apr 2010)

  08 Apr 2010; Peter Volkov <pva@gentoo.org>
  -libpcap-1.0.1_pre20090708.ebuild, -libpcap-1.1.0-r1.ebuild,
  +libpcap-1.1.1.ebuild:
  Version bump.
Comment 2 Peter Volkov (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-04-09 03:55:35 UTC
If something needs to be stabilized that should be libpcap-1.1.1. Since I've commited it yesterday, let's wait one week and proceed. Or if necessary proceed right now.
Comment 3 Didier Barvaux 2010-04-10 11:40:50 UTC
I'm using =net-libs/libpcap-1.1.1 because of bug #311967. It works fine on x86 for both =net-analyzer/wireshark-1.2.6 and =net-analyzer/tcpdump-3.9.8-r1.
