Bug 312837 – media-sound/audacity-1.3.12 version bump - new ebuild and patch needed

Audacity 1.3.12 has been released. The name of the source tarball has changed slightly, so minor tweaks to the ebuild are needed. Also, the audacity-1.3.8-automagic.patch refuses to apply with epatch (although if the correct failed patch command from the log is copied and run manually, that works fine), so the patch has had to be refreshed for the newer version.

Tested on x86 and amd64, both build fine and program launches.
