Description:   Opened: 2003-10-16 04:46 0000 
jack-rack automatically checks for gnome in the configure script
and builds with gnome support if it is found. USE="-gnome" has
no effect.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

New jack-rack ebuild

Here's a fix to force '--disable-gnome' to configure depending
on USE environment variable.
