kde-base/ksplash-4.4.2 automatically links to libxinerama when library is present even with USE="-xinerama"

Confirmed. Attached patch should fix this (only compile-tested so far). Will go to the kde overlay after some more tests.

Fixed in kde overlay (4.4.2-r1). 
Same fix also applies to kde-base/systemsettings-4.4.2-r1.

Fixed plasma-workspace and kwin as well (all as of 4.4.2). Closing.
