Description:   Opened: 2003-10-14 18:04 0000
app-arch/rpm2targz-9.0-r1

When rpm2cpio is not installed (part of rpm package) rpm2targz command cannot
handle bzip2 compressed rpms. The joy of rpm2targz is that it reduces 10Mb of
the hideous rpm beast to a mere 10kb.
A patch is probably the best explanation.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. run rpm2targz on a bzip2 rpm (i.e. many from SuSE)
