I was syncing twice with the same results:
Missing digest for '/usr/portage/sys-libs/timezone-data/timezone-data-2010d.ebuild'


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync
2. emerge -puNDv world
3.

If you try to make digest file, seems that that file is missing from repos.

My workaround for this was to remove broken ebuild and make new Manifest for this software.
