Here's an update to my previous (commited) dosemu-1.1.3 ebuild

summary follows :

1, add/fix manpage installation to /usr/share/man/man1
2, enable mitsumi extentions, previously disabled due to compile errors
3, enable compiletime 'experimental options' for ASPI and Mousedev support
4, fix small typo and remove unnessacery make/make install stubs
