Stabilize dev-python/py-1.2.0.

Tested on x86: 
The rdep dev-python/jinja needs dev-python/py for running its tests. These fail per bug 296847. Could it be that the test failures are actually problems with dev-python/py:

=dev-python/jinja-1* will be removed, so you can ignore any problems with it.

dev-python/py-1.2.1 will be stabilized in bug #311353.
