It's time for another round of Xfce4 stabilizations, enough packages have piled up

So, please test and mark these stable:

=x11-terms/terminal-0.4.4 uses EAPI="3" which is not supported by the latest stable portage-2.1.7-16.

Sorry to say, =xfce-extra/xfce4-notes-plugin-1.7.2 depends on unstable >=gtk+-2.18.

Meh. Sorry. Let's skip that too, then. Very sad to see stable in such a ancient state.

Stabilization list.

Same as before, but without -notes-plugin (needs new gtk+) and terminal (needs new portage)

All packages from stable2.txt except =xfce-extra/xfce4-power-manager-0.8.4.2 compiles fine in stable amd64 chroot. Tested nearly all USE flag combinations (except the 'debug' and 'profile' flags). 

xfce4-power-manager fails to compile with USE=-dpms (see Bug 305933).

Test of functionality is yet to be done.
