updating e2fs: emerge displayed a file collision that both packages
e2fsprogs-libs-1.41.9 and e2fsprogs-1.41.9
tried to install the same file: 
/usr/share/info/libext2fs.info

Possible solution (files appended below): 
patch Makefile.in of e2fsprogs
to not install libext2fs.info

-  install-shlibs-libs-recursive install-doc-libs 
+  install-shlibs-libs-recursive

spblinux

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge -va e2fsprogs-libs e2fsprogs
Actual Results:  
file collision

Expected Results:  
install packages

ive simply avoided anything in the doc/ subdir
