app-text/poppler-0.12.3-r4 fails to dodoc documentation that it should, e.g ChangeLog and NEWS. There's also README, README-XPDF, AUTHORS and TODO, but I'm mainly after ChangeLog and NEWS myself.
Most of these ought to be installed with dodoc or some eclass method (commonly a DOCS variable).
