The version 4.4.0.1 is out, which fixes a lot of things and also includes in-library support for png and jpg, which i'd like to use Reproducible: Always The library switched from autotools to CMake, so new ebuild should be prepared. I'm not experienced in preparing cmake ebuilds.
Created attachment 223787 [details] allegro-4.4.1.1.ebuild Initial ebuild for allegro-4.4.1.1, this will need: - Patch to make ALSA and Jack optional in top source directory CMakeLists.txt with a cmake-configure switch - USE examples is 100% untested, no idea what a hell it does or doesn't do - Look at documentation installation
Created attachment 223789 [details, diff] allegro-4.4.1.1-shared.patch Patch for above ebuild, to build shared libraries... by default it only does it for MacOSX which makes no-sense.
