fixing >=gcc4.3 headers

abs(long int) is now defined in cstdlib.

Apart from that clhep fails to build in parallel for me (as in bug 241240, just different file)

adding patch to ebuild, fixing parallel build

creating output directory (shared) led to race condition, adding directory as prerequisite fixed it for me.

Now package compiles fine on x86 chroot and passes all tests.
