For tests this requires dev-python/webtest stable, which in turn needs dev-python/webob stable!

I tested these three together on x86. They install fine and pass tests. 
Stable rdeps: dev-python/mako builds fine and passes tests.

This fails tests on powerpc. I get a ton of messages like this one:
"beaker.container: DEBUG: get_value returning old value while new one is created" which drowns out any other error messages there might be.

Any ideas?

dev-python/beaker-1.5.3 will be stabilized in bug #313153.
