Steps to reproduce:

Build GD with default USE-flags. After capturing some data with lcov try to format the html pages with 'genhtml -frames tracefile'. Results in the following:

genhtml: Subroutine warn_handler redefined at /usr/bin/genpng line 370.
genhtml: Subroutine die_handler redefined at /usr/bin/genpng line 377.
Reading data file lc.info
Found 89 entries.
Found common filename prefix "/home/tb/projects"
Writing .css and .png files.
Generating output.
Processing file mytlf/src/main.c
genhtml: Can't locate object method "png" via package "GD::Image" at /usr/bin/genpng line 365.
