I've just done an Ogre version bump to 0.12.0 + fixed dependency, so it now
needs gcc >= 3.0 OR STLport, also it needs automake-1.7.5.

I have changed the dependency as STLport is only needed for gcc < 3.0. gcc
>= 3.0 does not need STLport to compile programs which uses the newest standard
for C++ STL library.
