remove memdump.1

Ok, so...

Couldn't find any guidelines on how to handle these situations, so I took some time to browse older tickets. The majority removes one of the man pages.

Which one to remove? I chose to keep the largest (and most informative) one, which by far comes from app-forensics/memdump

InCVS 0.38, installed as a separate name instead, so that users still get it.
