bumping icewm to 1.2.13 final
fixing session script calling icewm when icewm-session is to be used

fixes 1.2.13 requiring icewm-session in /etc/X11/Session/icewm

diff-u from 1.2.13pre2 to 1.2.13 final

can you explain to me why this session change is neccessary?

as of 1.2.13pre1 icewm is started with exec icewm-session, i missed the
creation
of the session script in ebuild and did not fix it till now where i use gdm
and noticed the faux pas

exec icewm-session is a wrapper that starts icewmbg, icewmtray and icewm
and finally runs ~/.icewm/startup   to properly set backgrounds, activate
tray and start icewm  and finally execute ~/.icewm/startup

if this change is not made startup will not work and bugs will be filed about
icewm startup functionality being broken in gentoo

let me know if i failed to properly explain this issue
