Description Lennart Kolmodin (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-12-17 22:07:24 UTC
Hi arch teams!

xmonad is a dynamically tiling X11 window manager that is written and configured in Haskell.

x11-wm/xmonad-0.8.1 (amd64, hppa, sparc, x86)

Then we'd also need:
dev-haskell/x11-1.4.6.1 (amd64, hppa, sparc, x86)

Utility configurations comes with this package:
x11-wm/xmonad-contrib-0.8.1 (amd64, sparc, x86)

hppa, could you please test and add ~hppa to xmonad-contib?

Thanks!

Hi, using the current stable version, 0.8, xmobar exhibits a bug with unicode characters. See http://code.google.com/p/xmobar/issues/detail?id=38. This problem is solved by using xmonad 0.9, but this is masked. I'd like to vote for stabalisation of 0.9 asap.

Yeah, I've created new stable request #359843 and closing this one,
as this one was for xmonad-0.8.

Thank you for the reminder.
