Bugzilla Bug 2968

if you don't download the source file from ibiblio the ebuild fails because it
refers to Digest-MD5-2.17.tar.gz which no longer can be found on cpan (see url)

update version number of Digest-MD5 and committed it to portage.

this breaks on ppc as it was unmasked while digest-base-1.05 is
still masked.
