Comment 2 Kevin Pyle 2009-12-05 19:16:22 UTC
The missing symbols (event_gotsig and event_sigcb) are provided by /usr/lib/libevent.so, which is part of dev-libs/libevent. They appear to have default visibility in libevent-1.4.11 and libevent-1.4.12. However, libevent-1.4.12 marks them as deprecated, and libevent-1.4.13 has removed them entirely.

Quick fix: mark fragroute as DEPEND on <=libevent-1.4.12. A proper fix to cease using these symbols is probably not simple, since these symbols are used when handling signals while libevent has control.
