Current description: Test.pm wrapper with helpers for testing Apache Suggested alternative description: Helps authors of Apache::* modules write test suites The current description is misleading. I thought that installing this module would help me, as a general server administrator, to test Apache itself. However it is actually intended for Perl developers who want to query an actual running Apache server with mod_perl and their modules loaded into it (which the 'dev-perl/' location of the ebuild correctly suggests). In addition, the "Homepage" field lists: http://cpan.org/modules/by-module/Apache/ ...which is where the actual module is downloaded, but it is just a directory listing, not a homepage. A better homepage might be: http://perl.apache.org/docs/1.0/api/Apache/test.html

In the README of the module there is a link to http://httpd.apache.org/test/ which contains a link to "Apache-Test - the testing engine behind the Perl Framework and other HTTP-based projects like mod_perl". Which is only a placeholder. I think our default link to http://search.cpan.org/dist/Apache-Test/ is sufficient.

The homepage I suggested was just the first thing I found that explained what the module was and how to use it. Actually, I take that back... I like your suggestion for homepage better. (but it isn't the homepage listed in my ebuild)
