Old version keyworded while new one was already available.
As vapier is not using ChangeLog i had to spend extra time to dig in cvs log to find the cause.

HTML-Element-Extended is only needed for HTML-TableExtract, which has no m68k keyword.

If you don't fix this bug, i'll _remove_your_keyword_.
