I use portage verion 1.9.13. (Just done emerge rsync, emerge portage.)
"emerge itcl" will give the error:
!!! Error: couldn't find match for >=dev-lang/tcl-tk-8.4.2 in dev-tcltk/itcl-3.2-r1

There does indeed exist a directory  /usr/portage/dev-lang/tcl-tk/ with
tcl-tk-8.4.2.ebuild in it. But when trying to do:
"emerge --pretend tcl-tk-8.4.2.ebuild" with being in the directory of the file,
it returns the error: 
!!! ebuild dev-lang/tcl-tk-8.4.2 not found (possibly blocked by package.mask)

It's a little bit strange to have a tcl, a tk and a combination of both. And the
combination doesn't work, but is the only one with the newest version of tcl/tk
needed for itcl.
