From the ChangeLog, it fixes two bugs that Gentoo users hit. Time to stabilize?

Since I emerged net-misc/dhcpcd-4.0.15 my NIC fails to get an IP from the router (~2 to 3 times out of five on boot up). That is correct, comment #7 should have been a separate bug. Also, I did speak to Roy about it, and it is a configuration issue. on the system in question.

Sorry for the noise guys ... if it is a configuration issue then perhaps I should not file another bug? Would you mind contacting me off line with any suggestions?
