it would be nice to put "epatch_user" into the src_unpack section of the xbmc-9999.ebuild. sometimes, when reporting bug reports to xbmc devs, it is necessary to test patches for them. epatch_user would give gentoo users an easy way to help out devs at xbmc.org.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create /etc/portage/patches/media-tv/xbmc/
2. emerge xbmc-9999

Actual Results:  
user patches do not get applied

Expected Results:  
user patches should get applied
