All versions of Okteta have a bug that prevents saving. To be functional, they need the patch that was committed upstream to fix the bug report that the URL points to. All versions that are not patched are useless for work and should be cleaned away from the tree (they are obviously worse than KHexEdit, that was recently masked for removal).
