0.21 enables xvmc-vld by using the USE-Flags video_cards_via and xvmc
0.22 ebuilds disables xvmc-vld per default

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -v mythtv-0.22_p22772
2. Check emerge-output: XvMC VLD support   no
3.

should be fixed in mythtv-0.22_p22778. You might have to wait a bit and re-emerge --sync.

Just tried mythtv-0.22_p22778
emerge-output still tells me: XvMC VLD support   no
I've noticed following message as well:

QA Notice: USE Flag 'video_cards_via' not in IUSE for media-tv/mythtv-0.22_p22778

Maybe that's the problem !
