There is a new version of sqlite out. 2.8.6. The latest in portage is 2.8.5. I
also noted (from the frontpage: TCL bindings included.) that it does not require
tcl so it would be a good idea to at least be able to build it without
(USE=-tcl) or something. I might be wrong about the tcl.
