If you agree -> CC amd64 x86. Would be nice to have a 64bit nsplugin stable, and also because KDE4 pulls in by default java.
(I also request the removal of older versions because of the ugly jpeg-compat dep.)
Unfortunately, the recent security vulnerabilities means stabling this version is impossible. I'll ask if any new release is planned, or we backport patches.
1.6.2 was released with the security fixes, and now was bumped. So in 30 days we can perhaps stabilize...
Note: java-config-2.1.9-r2 will have to go stable as well on amd64/x86 with icedtea6-bin. It won't have 30 days, but it's just adding icedtea6-bin to the list of default JDK's, no change in functionality.
It's about 30 days, please test and mark stable: =dev-java/icedtea6-bin-1.6.2 =dev-java/java-config-2.1.9-r2
x86 stable

I have no problem with stabling icedtea-bin, but I disagree with defaulting to it over sun-jdk one, simply test how work them with "official" test: http://www.java.com/es/download/help/testvm.xml
amd64 stable, all arches done.
