Option "pppoe-mac XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX" can be specified to pppd (with pppoe plugin enabled) to restrict pppd connecting only to pppoe-server with specified MAC-address.
With this option, pppd will ignore PADO packets from any other MAC address.

This feature added to upstream git (http://git.ozlabs.org/?p=ppp.git;a=commit;h=76307d910b81acb709143b2fd82e1ca724feb24c)

Backport of this patch to current version presented in portage (2.4.4-r24) is attached.
Patch need to be placed in ppp-gentoo-YYYYMMDD.tar.gz tarball and corresponding "epatch" line need to be added to src_prepare phase in ebuild.
