Bug 291254 – sys-apps/openrc no longer updates example files in /etc/conf.d/

/etc/conf.d/net.example and /etc/init.d/wireless.example are no longer needed and users need to be informed of the proper documentation location.

This patch includes ewarn and einfo about the location of the documentation location /usr/share/doc/openrc-{PV} and recommends the removal of /etc/init.d/net.example and /etc/init.d/wireless.example

This has been fixed in the live ebuild,which means that it will be included in
the next release.

William, there is a small mistake in your commited change to the 9999 and 0.5.2-r2 ebuild. See line 366 in the current 9999 ebuild:
${ROOT}/usr/share/${PF}/net.example
should be
${ROOT}/usr/share/doc/${PF}/net.example
