Attempting to drag and drop from file-roller into the Nautilus side pane when set to 'Places' causes the window to close. It closes as soon as you mouse over the 'Places' pane. The window does not close if you avoid the 'Places' pane or if you switch to any of the other options for the side pane. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open archive in file-roller. 2. Open Nautilus window with side pane visible and set to 'Places' 3. Drag archive over 'Places' pane. Actual Results: The Nautilus window closes. Expected Results: The Nautilus window should stay open and allow the archive to be dropped into any of the places available in the side pane. looks like standard DnD code, will include it.
Fixed with 2.26.4-r1, thanks for reporting this will go stable with pass-2 for 2.26
